It's important to create a friendly atmosphere in all my classes. I also strongly encourage students to speak in English at all times.

My mother. Everything about her inspired my interests, such as eating out, movies and musicals.

I give my students the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them. I try not to spoon-feed and want people to think by themselves, even if they need a little extra time.
どんどん間違えることによって、そこから学べるように指導します。 一方的に教え込むのではなく、たとえ時間がかかったとしても自分の頭で考えるようになってほしいと思います。

I love music, exercise, computers, dogs, eating out, festivals, gardening learning new things, traveling and concerts.

My own children. They help me to see things from a new perspective.

It sounds simple but the use of "a" and "the". Even advanced students have trouble with this.

What advice do you have for your students?

Don't try to use too many overly-complicated expressions. Try mastering how to use a combination of simple phrasal verbs which use 'have' and 'get'.
過度に複雑な表現を使わないことです。“have” や ”get” などのような動詞の組み合わせを駆使できるように努力することです。
